TMR Chauffeurs' Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings undertaken by
TMR Chauffeurs
By booking our services you agree to abide by our terms and conditions set below.
Quotations, Payment and Deposits
All quotations are valid for seven days from initial enquiry.
We accept all major credit & debit cards, subject to our acceptance.
Cash payments are accepted by us BUT only when agreed in advance.
Our payment terms for all bookings unless agreed in advance are:
Chauffeur Bookings | 25% deposit with the remaining balance due when undertaking the booking.
Prom Hire | Non refundable advance payment of 100%
Account terms are 14/30 days from invoice date, unless agreed in advance upon account opening with us.
Your chauffeur booking may be subject to additional waiting time and car park charges unless
agreed in advance when confirming your booking.
The charge on your credit card statement may be one of our following merchant providers.

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 48 hours from the start of the period of hire.
50% of booking invoice will be due to be paid by customer.
If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire.
100% of all booking invoice will be due to be paid by customer.
No Shows
If the customer does not show up at the time and place designated as the pickup point,
full cost of the booking and any waiting time shall be charged and paid by customer.
Placing Bookings
We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any online bookings.
Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual,
You will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by
circumstances out of our control, including road traffic accidents, breakdowns etc.
This list is not exhaustive.
The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions,
traffic and the legal speed limits.
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle
and will be billed accordingly
for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order.
Soiling the vehicles will be charged at £500, to account for the time the vehicle will be off the road, undergoing cleaning.
We may provide subcontracted vehicles when necessary to provide a quality service.
By supplying your email address you permit us to contact you via email,
in return we promise never to supply your email to any third party.
If there are any changes or variations including extra mileage to the journeys
other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged
extras in accordance with the pricing structure.
We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at ANY TIME
if at all necessary for reasons beyond our control.
Every effort will be made by us to ensure that our vehicle(s) or Sub-Contractors vehicle(s) arrive on time.
Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day,
unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking/journey.
All vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims.
However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and
we shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
We will keep a lost property book at our office, and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted vehicle(s) to the customer.
We and our chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought
to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat
either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
We maintain a strict no smoking, drinking or eating policy in all our vehicles.
Online quotations do not allow for public and bank holidays like Christmas Day or
New Years Eve where there may be an additional surcharge.
Please indicate on the quote form if your proposed booking is for a bank holiday or on any other special date.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
We will always ultimately try to provide the best possible service and to exceed your chauffeuring experience.
If you feel that our service is not to the usual high standards set by us please contact us as soon as possible in order to investigate and rectify any issues you may have.
It is your responsibility to allow enough time to be at the location where you want to be dropped off.
We will gladly advise you on approximate journey times but this is only an
estimate based on good traffic conditions and our previous experience.
NO BOOKING IS CONFIRMED WITHOUT A BOOKING CONFIRMATION FROM US,
this may be via email, text or through our booking system.
It is your responsibility to ensure ALL DATES & TIMES ARE CORRECT.
Errors and Omissions Excepted, these Terms & Conditions may be updated as necessary.
